Responsibilities

• Serve meals to staff and guests in the dining hall or VIP section.
• Set up tables with cutlery, glasses, and condiments before service.
• Take beverage orders and serve hot/cold drinks promptly.
• Clear tables after dining and reset them for the next sitting.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and servery counters.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests.
