We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Warehouse & Administrative Assistant to support both warehouse operations and administrative functions within our agricultural business. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in receiving, recording, and dispatching stock and materials.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock reconciliations.
  • Coordinate stock movements between branches, customers, and suppliers.
  • Support procurement and logistics functions to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation such as delivery notes, invoices, and stock registers.
  • Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, and correspondence management.
  • Assist in preparing reports related to warehouse operations and stock levels.
  • Ensure the warehouse area remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in warehouse or administrative support, preferably in the agricultural sector. 
  • Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and record-keeping skills.
  • High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
