Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day supervision of lodge operations.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.
  • Supervise staff and support departmental coordination.
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least two (2) years' experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good computer literacy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and on shifts.
