Background
A Manufacturing Company based in Kabwe/Livingstone has the following vacancies
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the shift crew in safe and efficient blast furnace operations .
- Achieve business objectives in a safe and cost-effective manner .
- Ensure the crew maximizes plant capacity and drives continuous improvement initiatives .
- Coordinate work activities, manage maintenance, and adjust production rates as needed .
Requirements
1. All must have at least 2 +years work experience at a manufacturing company
2. 20 to 45
3. Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: bachelor degree
