Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience managing a butchery
- Proven experience in meat cutting, processing, merchandising, and stock control
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
- Ability to manage inventory, reduce wastage, and drive sales
