Background
Masola Farm, located in the Chongwe/Rufunsa region, is currently seeking motivated and experienced individuals to fill multiple full-time positions. If you are looking for farm manager jobs in Chongwe or opportunities as a general farm worker, this is your chance to contribute to a dynamic agricultural operation committed to sustainable food production and community development.
Available Positions
We have four openings in total, including one Farm Manager and three General Farm Worker roles. Candidates must demonstrate dedication, discipline, and a strong work ethic to join our team.
Farm Manager Position
The Farm Manager will oversee daily farm operations, ensuring efficient crop production and effective supervision of staff. This role requires a blend of practical knowledge and leadership skills to drive results.
General Farm Worker Positions
We are also recruiting three General Farm Workers to support various farming activities. Successful candidates will be physically fit and adaptable to different working conditions.
