JOB OPPORTUNITY – GENERAL MANAGER

An ICT related company, requires some suitably qualified candidate with the right combination of education, experience, technical knowledge and leadership skills to fill up the position of a General Manager.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Sales or any other related field.
• 5-10 years’ management or supervisory experience.
• Experience in operations, budgeting, and staff supervision
• Proven leadership and decision-making ability.
• Master’s degree in any related field will be an added advantage.
• Background or professional exposure in ICT, telecommunications, or digital services industry will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation business activities.
• Monitor productivity and service quality.
• Set business goals and objectives.
• Develop growth strategies by identifying market opportunities.
• Conduct performance evaluations and motivate staff.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve escalated complaints.
• Conduct any other duties as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
