Responsibilities

• Thoroughly cleaning assigned guest rooms, including making beds, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpets.
• Scrubbing and sanitizing bathrooms (toilets, showers, sinks, mirrors) and replenishing toiletries.
• Changing and replacing soiled linen, towels, and bed sheets with fresh, pressed items.
• Checking and replenishing guest amenities (tea/coffee supplies, stationery, trash bags) daily.
• Inspecting rooms for maintenance issues (e.g., burnt-out bulbs, leaking faucets) and reporting them promptly.
• Handling lost and found items with honesty and reporting them to the supervisor.
• Responding promptly to guest requests for extra pillows, blankets, or other items.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of corridors, service pantries, and storage areas.
• Operating cleaning equipment (vacuum cleaners, polishers) safely and reporting malfunctions.
• Following strict hygiene protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and waste disposal.
