Mercury Express Logistics is actively recruiting for lead courier jobs in Lusaka, offering an excellent opportunity for experienced riders to advance their careers in a dynamic transport and logistics environment. We are seeking 50 dedicated Lead Couriers to join our expanding team based in Lusaka, Zambia. This full-time position is ideal for professionals who are passionate about delivery services and leadership within the courier industry.
As a Lead Courier at Mercury Express Logistics, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery services while also providing guidance and support to fellow riders. This position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced logistics setting.
Qualifications or requirements
- Possess a Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Hold a valid Motorcycle Rider’s Licence.
Experience needed
- Have a minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience working as a courier or motorcycle rider.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role is highly advantageous.
