RESPONSIBILITIES

Finance

Customer

• Engage with the customers in a professional way as specified in the service standards

• Provide excellent customer service to customers in a friendly and courteous manner
• Deal with all customer complaints and ensure that they are resolved timely to the satisfaction of customers
• Ensure Banks Brand values are practiced
• Guide and educate clients on the different eChannel’s available suited for their needs

• Ensure annual / sick leave is updated on Oracle as well as all required support documents for leave

• Minimum Grade 12 Certificate with 5 credits and passes in English and Mathematics,
• Degree in Sales, Marketing or a related field
