Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Solar Installer to join our renewable energy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the assembly, installation, and maintenance of solar PV systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and delivering high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install solar panels, mounting systems, and related equipment on residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
  • Perform site preparation, layout, and mechanical assembly of solar arrays.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and electrical codes during installation.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of installed systems.
  • Collaborate with project managers and electricians to ensure timely project completion.
  • Provide customer support and explain system operation to clients.

Qualifications & Experience

  • High school diploma or technical certificate (electrical/mechanical background preferred).
  • Proven experience in solar PV installation or construction.
  • Knowledge of tools, equipment, and safety procedures related to solar installation.
  • Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
