The Klub BY PUMKIN is hiring! We are looking for an experienced and passionate Spa Supervisor to join our team and help ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day spa operations.
- Ensure excellent customer service and high service standards.
- Oversee daily opening and closing procedures.
- Train, guide and support the spa team.
- Maintain cleanliness, professionalism and smooth operations.
Requirements
- 3-5 years' experience in a reputable spa.
- Strong leadership and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead, train and motivate a team.
