Background

Atlantic Garden Furniture is looking for a skilled and reliable Welder/Fabricator to join our growing team in Lusaka.

The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating and welding steel frames used in premium outdoor and garden furniture.

Responsibilities

Measure, cut, and weld steel frames accurately.

Read and follow furniture drawings and measurements.

Grind and finish welds to a high standard.

Ensure products meet company quality standards.

Maintain welding equipment and keep the workshop clean.

Work safely and efficiently as part of the production team.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of welding/fabrication experience.

Experience with MIG welding (CO₂ welding preferred).

Ability to work with 20 × 20 mm square tubes and 20 mm flat bar.

Ability to read measurements and fabricate accurately.

Honest, hardworking, and dependable.

Experience making furniture is an added advantage.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: high school
