Book World Zambia is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Cashier/Sales Assistant to join our team at our Mazabuka branch. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about books, retail, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with purchases and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment
• Restock shelves and ensure proper display of merchandise
• Assist with inventory management and stock control
• Support other store operations as needed

Qualifications & Skills:

• Full Grade 12 Certificate
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is an added advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and under minimal supervision
• Honest, reliable, and punctual
• Must be based in or near Mazabuka

Work Hours: 8
