JOB DETAILS:
Summary: Coordinates the transportation and distribution of materials, equipment, and personnel to and from the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange transportation for supplies, parts, and bulk materials via road, rail, or air.
- Track shipments and communicate with carriers and clients.
- Manage customs clearance for international shipments if required.
- Coordinate site personnel travel, including flights and accommodations.
- Optimize shipping routes and methods to minimize costs and delays.
- Maintain accurate logistics records and documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Experience in a logistics or transport coordination role.
- Knowledge of import/export regulations and documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office.
