Individual Maintenance Service Provider (MSP)
Are you a recent IT graduate or professional with a passion for maintaining cutting-edge technology in healthcare?
TUSO Business Dynamics is seeking skilled and dynamic individuals to join our team as Individual Maintenance Service Providers (MSPs). In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring uninterrupted IT operations in healthcare facilities across Zambia.
Location: Copperbelt (66), Southern (84) and Lusaka (47)
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair computers and IT systems.
- Test and support new rollouts of IT solutions in healthcare settings.
- Provide feedback on user experience to improve system implementation.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections, firmware updates, and part replacements.
- Swiftly resolve localized device issues and restore critical technology access.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum of Diploma in I.T or related field.
- Recent graduates (within 3 years)
- Drivers license (category A & A1) is added advantage
- Technical skills in computer maintenance and infrastructure support.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
