JOB DETAILS:

Duration: Temporary

We are looking for two (2) Temporary Assistant Accountants with hands-on experience in account reconciliations to support our finance department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations
• Reconcile vendor and customer accounts
• Assist in maintaining accurate general ledger records
• Support the finance team in preparing financial reports and schedules
• Assist with audit preparations and documentation
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar accounting or reconciliation role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Good attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Level of Education: associate degree
