WE ARE HIRING
ADMINISTRATION OFFICER INTERN
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work well in a team
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in general office administration and logistics
- Maintain proper filing systems and office records
- Support meeting coordination and event logistics
- Draft correspondence and assist with document formatting
- Handle incoming calls and reception duties
- Perform any other duties as assigned
