Barloworld Equipment Zambia invites interested youths to apply for Apprenticeship Programme for 2025.

We are looking for individuals to join our Heavy Earthmoving Equipment Apprenticeship program and the Barloworld business. The purpose of the apprenticeship program is to create career opportunities and guidance to the candidates as they upskill to the qualification of Heavy Earthmoving Equipment Technician level.

Key Outputs include but are not limited to:

• Remove and Install Earthmoving Equipment Components
• Disassemble and Assemble Components
• Inspect and Maintain Earthmoving Equipment
• Test and Adjust Earthmoving Equipment operating systems
• Diagnose and Repair faults on Earthmoving Equipment
• Prepare technical report, labour booking and order parts

Candidate Requirements

• Full Grade 12 School Certificate
• Qualification in Heavy Equipment Repair/ Automotive Mechanics, must have graduated after 2023
• Member of the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ)
• Valid Driving License – added advantage
• Excellent writing and Communication skills are relevant
