JOB DETAILS:

The Assistant Supervisor will support the overall operations of the branch by assisting the supervisor in managing daily activities, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing staff performance and ensuring team productivity.
• Support inventory management and ensure stock levels are maintained.
• Enforce company policies and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints.
• Prepare reports and provide feedback to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 Certificate.
• Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or any related field.
• Valid driver’s license.
