- Conduct operational audits to verify compliance with standard procedures.
- Review the inventory stocktaking process to prevent shrinkage or theft.
- Audit the payroll system to ensure accuracy of wages and overtime rates.
- Evaluate internal controls over the procurement and payment cycle.
- Prepare audit findings reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Follow up on the implementation of previous audit recommendations.
