Lake Petroleum Zambia Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented B2B Manager to lead our business-to-business fuel sales initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a passion for sales, strategic growth, and client relationship management.
As a key member of our commercial team, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective B2B sales strategies, identifying and closing new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction through close collaboration with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a B2B sales strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business goals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate and industrial clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value commercial deals.
- Collaborate with operations, logistics, and finance departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor fuel market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the petroleum or energy sector.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a competitive market.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.
