Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to staff.
- Manage the bar inventory, restocking beer, spirits, and mixers.
- Follow responsible service guidelines and refuse service to intoxicated patrons.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, glasses, and equipment.
- Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for off-duty staff seeking relaxation.
