JOB DETAILS:

Job Summary:

This role will focus on evaluating operational and financial risks, supporting strategic planning, and providing insights that helps shape informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business operations and identify areas of risk and improvement.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
• Prepare reports for senior management with actionable insights.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure risk-aware decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in risk analysis, business analysis, or financial planning.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Knowledge of risk management frameworks and compliance standards is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
