JOB DETAILS:
Reports to: Butchery Manager
Purpose of Role
To assist in preparing meat products for sale in the butchery by supporting cutting, trimming, packaging, labelling and displaying in accordance with RFL hygiene and safety standards for smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Grade 12 certificate (with passes in 5 subjects)
- 1-3 years of working experience in a similar role.
Technical and Behavioural Skills
- Display skills
- Food safety and hygiene.
- Equipment operation.
- Stock and Quality control.
- Record-keeping.
- Excellent customer service.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: high school
