The Young Men Christian Association, Zambia is a non-profit organisation that was first established in Kitwe, Zambia in 1958. The organisation has since expanded and has local associations in Ndola, Kitwe, Solwezi, Lusaka, Luanshya, Kibwe, Chipata, Lundazi, Mazabuka and Livingstone. The broad focus is to improve the quality of life for youths physically, spiritually and mentally. The organisation works with both male and female youths and has a membership that cut across all age groups.

The Kitwe YMCA is launching a Youth Mentorship Programme aimed at empowering young people with knowledge skills, and guidance for their personal and professional growth.  To make the programme successful, we are calling on dedicated professionals, leaders and community members from all fields to join as volunteer mentors. This is an opportunity to share your experience, inspire the next generation, and contribute to building a stronger and more resilient community.
