We serve a wide variety of clients and projects, including corporate, commercial, lifestyle, and branded content.
We are currently looking for a skilled and reliable Camera Operator to join our in-house production team. If you have a good eye for detail, technical know-how, and a passion for visual storytelling, this could be the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate video and photography cameras during studio and on-location shoots.
- Set up and break down camera gear, lighting, and basic audio equipment before and after shoots.
- Ensure proper camera settings, framing, exposure, and focus during filming or photography sessions.
- Assist the director or production lead in executing creative shot lists and visual plans.
- Perform basic lighting setups for interviews, product shoots, portraits, and more.
- Monitor footage quality during shoots and flag any issues immediately.
- Maintain and care for in-house camera gear, ensuring it remains in top condition.
- Work closely with the post-production team to ensure smooth file handover and media management.
- Participate in content creation for internal projects and passive income initiatives (e.g., stock footage libraries).
- Stay up to date with camera technologies and shooting techniques relevant to our workflow.
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience operating DSLR, mirrorless, or cinema cameras (e.g., Canon, Sony, Blackmagic).
- Solid understanding of composition, lighting, and camera movement.
- Basic knowledge of lighting equipment and on-set audio setups.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a crew.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for visual storytelling.
- Physically able to manage gear and remain active during long shoot days.
- A collaborative, can-do attitude with a passion for creative media production.
- Familiarity with photography and video file formats, frame rates, and resolution settings.
