Job Summary:
The Chef will be responsible for planning and preparing meals, maintaining high hygiene standards, managing the kitchen team, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional food quality.
Minimum Requirements:
- Age: Must be strictly between 30 to 35 years old
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years proven experience in the hospitality or hotel industry
- Strong knowledge in:
- Menu planning and recipe development
- Food preparation and presentation
- Kitchen hygiene, health, and safety regulations
- Demonstrated ability in:
- Budget preparation and cost control
- Kitchen staff supervision and kitchen workflow management
- Inventory and stock control systems
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision, both independently and within a team
- Uphold high levels of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Possess strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
