We're a bike rental and rent-to-own business supplying bicycles and motorbikes to riders who earn an income doing delivery work on a leading delivery platform. We're expanding and looking for energetic, well-connected people to help us find our next group of riders.

The Opportunity

This is a 100% commission role — no base salary. Your earnings depend entirely on how many qualifying riders you bring in and get started. If you know your way around Lusaka's cycling, motorbike, or boda-boda community, or you're simply good at finding and convincing people, this is a chance to earn well for the effort you put in.

What You'll Do

• Find and approach people interested in earning income as a delivery rider, on bicycle.
• Explain how our rent-to-own bike options work, and how riders earn through delivery work.
• Screen candidates against our eligibility criteria before referring them.
• Refer qualified, interested candidates to us for verification and bike handover.
• Follow up with riders you've brought on to help make sure they actually get started and stay active — this is part of how your commission is earned.

Who We're Looking For

• A strong existing network among cyclists, motorbike riders, or people looking for delivery/gig income — or a proven ability to build one fast.
• Confident, persuasive communicator, comfortable approaching people directly.
• Self-motivated and target-driven — this role rewards hustle.
• Own smartphone and comfortable using WhatsApp for reporting leads.
• Prior sales, marketing, or field recruitment experience is an advantage but not required.

Compensation

• 100% commission — paid per rider who signs up, takes a bike, and stays active.
• Higher volume earns a higher per-rider rate — full tier structure shared at interview stage.
