Job Description Summary
To apply and use knowledge of sales process and tools to support front line sales representatives in promoting and selling the organization’s products and services within assigned geographic area, product range or list of customer accounts to achieve significant sales targets.
Responsibilities or duties
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Adherence to all relevant Sandvik policies and procedures by relevant staff and provides proactive and visible safety leadership in all daily activities.
- Adherence to 5S policy.
- Answer all incoming customer calls/emails in a professional and efficient manner.
- Receive, process, and expedite parts orders (all product types) and enquiries for both internal & external customers in a timely and courteous manner.
- Educate the customer on the product /services available to them.
- Identify potential customer needs/opportunities to grow our business and work with the Account Management and PSSRs to deliver this.
- Support the Supervisor in achieving Team KPIs through managing the day-to-day volume of enquiries in line with current team objectives
- Support the team in the regular team meeting and actively participate to improve customer service.
- Handling complaints from both staff and customers, liaising with the CSC Specialist and Supervisor to ensure appropriate action is taken.
- Carry out all other reasonable duties and functions as required in the interest of promoting strategic goals and operational requirements

Other Requirements
- Salesforce experience (or other similar CRM system) will be highly beneficial.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Availability and ability to travel within assigned area/territory as required.
