POSITION
DIGITAL MARKETING OFFICER
REQUIREMENTS.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, IT, or Business.
- Registration with the Zambia Institute of Marketing (ZIM) is typically required for marketing professionals.
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or online advertising.
- Corporate or industry-specific experience (logistics, retail, e-commerce, etc.) is valued.
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing, and analytics tools.
- Content creation skills (graphics, video, copywriting).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and e-commerce platforms.
- Creativity and innovation in digital campaigns.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns under tight deadlines.Zambian labor market
