JOB DETAILS:
Background:
The District Operations Officers will assist in implementing climate resilience and Nature Based Solution activities at community and district levels under the TRALARD II Project.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and participate in key district activities of the TRALARD II Project
- Ensure implementation and adherence to project frameworks at district level
- Conduct appraisal of project proposals and market linkages activities
- Prepare minutes for the District Planning Sub-committee
- Monitor sub-project implementation and produce progress reports
- Support surveys, case studies, and evaluations
- Undertake assigned tasks by Project Operation Officers
Qualifications:
- Grade Twelve Certificate
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields
- At least four years of post-university work experience
- Experience with World Bank funded projects is an advantage
- Understanding of Zambian environmental and social laws is an advantage
- Computer literate with skills in Excel, Word, Power Point
- Excellent writing, oral communication, and interpersonal skills

Level of Education: bachelor degree
