It is involved in the primary production, processing, distribution, and retailing of beef, chicken, pork, eggs, dairy, fish, flour, stock feed, and day-old chicks throughout Zambia and the surrounding region.

Driver Trainer - Huntley Farm (01)

• Preparing and teaching practical lessons that are tailored to meet all aspects of driving.
• Providing instruction on the parts and functions of a vehicle, and on-road regulations.
• Documenting and reporting on the driver’s progress.
• Reporting all accidents and incidents to the logistics and workshop manager.
• Maintaining all Driver training folders and records for current drivers.
• Working with the logistics manager in the selection and hiring of new drivers.
• Conducting weekly tool box meeting with the drivers.
• Post-accident behind-the-wheel re-training.
• Maintaining updated driver training manuals and materials related to transportation.
• Designing and implementing safety meetings under the direction of the Environmental Safety Manager and the Logistics Manager.
• Driving routes/field trips as needed.
• Performing all other duties assigned by the logistics Manager.
• Providing daily supervision of assigned drivers and monitors to ensure proper and consistent performance of duties.

• Good communication, customer service, and judgment skills.
• Excellent hearing and vision, and in good physical condition.
• Ability to sit for long periods of time and adapt to changes in driving conditions.

• Grade GCE/12 Certificate
• At least a holder of a basic Driving License
• Valid Driving License for the level at which you will be teaching.
• Valid Driving Instructor's License or Certification.
• Proven experience as a Driving Instructor.
• Clear driving record.
