Another Chance Alcohol & Drugs Rehabilitation Center, Chongwe District is looking for a committed, honest and qualified female accountant to volunteer her skills and support our mission.
Help us manage resources responsibly and contribute to transparency and accountability in our mission.
ABOUT US
Another Chance Alcohol & Drugs Rehabilitation Center is committed to the rehabilitation and empowerment of individuals struggling with substance abuse through care, support, counseling and life skills development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounts.
- Prepare budgets, financial reports and basic financial statements.
- Record income, expenditure, receipts and payments.
- Assist with financial planning and monitoring of the Center's resources.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial transactions.
- Support accountability and transparency in the use of funds.
- Assist management with financial advice and administrative duties when required.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Grade 12 certificate and/or relevant accounting qualification.
- A certificate, diploma or degree in Accounting or a related field is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial record keeping.
- Computer literacy, especially Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Previous accounting experience is an advantage.
