Available Work Locations:

We are currently recruiting in the following districts:

• Chongwe
• Rufunsa
• Lusaka
• Kafue
• Chibombo
• Chilanga
• Shibuyunji
• Kasisi

Role Summary:

As a Field Sales Agent, you will be responsible for marketing and selling our solar energy products directly to customers in your assigned area. You will play a critical role in helping homes and businesses switch to sustainable energy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and explain the benefits of solar energy solutions to potential customers.
• Conduct door-to-door sales, community outreaches, and activation campaigns.
• Follow up with interested customers to close sales.
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.

Compensation:

This is a commission-based opportunity.

• K1,250 per product sold
• K1,500 for cash sales

High performers may qualify for additional incentives and bonuses.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must reside in or be familiar with one of the listed locations.
• Previous sales or marketing experience is an added advantage, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Honest, reliable, and self-motivated.
• Passionate about renewable energy and community development.
