Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:

Cooler Installation and Servicing

  • Install, service, and repair branded coolers at retail outlets, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars
  • Perform preventive maintenance including cleaning, part replacement, and refrigerant checks
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical faults such as compressors, fans, thermostats, and

wiring

Service Management and Reporting

  • Track and log performance, service history, and repair data using service software or job sheets
  • Ensure prompt response to service calls from clients and distribution partners
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities and spare part usage

Inventory and Tools Management

  • Manage inventory of tools and spare parts
  • Maintain spare part records and ensure availability for routine and emergency repairs
  • Coordinate with the store or warehouse team for timely part requisition

Client and Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Educate store staff on proper use and basic maintenance of cooler units
  • Collaborate with sales and logistics teams for efficient cooler placement and replacements
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to align service operations

Safety and Compliance

  • Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards as per industry and company guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with refrigeration regulations and environmental standards
  • Promote safe work practices in all service environments

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in servicing commercial refrigeration units, preferably branded coolers

    Familiarity with refrigeration cycles, electrical diagnostics, and cooling system components.

    Ability to work independently and handle a route of multiple service locations

    Good communication skills and professional customer service approach

    Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy equipment

    Field-based role with frequent travel to customer sites

    Exposure to cold environments and mechanical noise

    On-call availability during peak seasons or for urgent service requests
