General Manager
Qualifications & Skill
• Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness, Business Administration, or a related field (A Master’s degree is an advantage).
• Proven experience in a senior management role within the agribusiness or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of agricultural supply chains, market trends and rural development, with experience in conducting business with government institutions and NGOs.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to manage stakeholders effectively.
• Passion for agricultural development and sustainability.
