Position Overview

Sun Broadcasting Holdings Limited is seeking a seasoned and visionary General Manager to oversee the company’s overall operations, with a strong emphasis on broadcast media management. The ideal candidate will possess strategic leadership skills, a deep understanding of media operations (both TV and Radio), and a proven record in growing audience engagement and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership, direction, and management of the media house
• Develop and execute strategic business plans
• Supervise senior staff across departments and ensure accountability
• Drive revenue growth through innovative content and advertising strategies
• Maintain compliance with broadcasting standards and regulations
• Represent the company in high-level partnerships and stakeholder engagements
• Monitor financial performance and budget adherence

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of senior management experience in broadcasting or media
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Demonstrated ability to manage diverse teams and media platforms
