WHAT YOU’LL DO
Client & Compliance Management
- Ensure clients remain compliant with all relevant regulatory bodies and statutory requirements
- Liaise with statutory authorities on behalf of clients and handle official correspondence
- Stay current with evolving HR legislation and best practices
Payroll & Records
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing and fulfil all statutory obligations
- Maintain accurate and secure HR records in both physical and electronic formats
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting through to offer
- Draft and verify employment contracts and related onboarding documentation
- Facilitate smooth employee onboarding and induction experiences
HR Advisory & Policy
- Draft, review, and implement HR policies and procedures for clients
- Chair disciplinary hearings and produce accurate hearing minutes
- Respond to client HR queries promptly and professionally
- Sensitise employees to workplace processes, policies, and expectations
Team Support
- Provide operational support to Senior Associates
- Assist with training and development activities as required
- Collaborate across business divisions to deliver seamless client service
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in HR administration and payroll processing
- Advanced working knowledge of Zambian employment law and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Current membership of ZIHRM

- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated, honest, and solutions-focused
