Job Responsibilities
Full HR policy development, recruitment, training, industrial relations, disciplinary management, admin coordination, tender liaison, change management, performance management, contract drafting, and HR legislation compliance.
Requirements
Degree in HRM/Public Admin/Org Psychology. Master’s is an advantage. Member of ZIHRM with valid practicing license. 5 years HR experience including Construction/Real Estate. Valid driver's license added advantage.
