We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head – Human Capital and Talent Management to lead and strengthen the people function for a growing organization in the real estate and property development sector.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving HR strategy, managing talent, and fostering a positive and high-performing workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement human resource strategies aligned with the organisation’s goals
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and overall talent management processes
  • Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies
  • Drive learning, development, and staff capacity-building initiatives
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture
  • Provide HR analytics and reports to support strategic decision-making

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Registered member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resources Management (ZIHRM)
  • 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the real estate or property development sector
  • Strong knowledge of Zambian labour laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
