Background
Mpika School of Nursing and Health Sciences invites suitably qualified, experienced, and committed professionals to apply for the stated full-time positions.
This is a health sciences institution with a strong focus on Nursing and Clinical Medicine training. All successful candidates, including those in management positions, must be academically competent and willing to teach health sciences courses, particularly Nursing.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Medicine (minimum), Master’s Degree will be an added advantage.
- Registered Clinical Officer with a valid practicing license.
- Minimum of 3 years teaching or supervisory experience in clinical training.
- Experience in coordinating clinical placements and examinations.
- Age: 35–50 years.
- Full-time basis only.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS (ALL POSITIONS)
- Must demonstrate high ethical standards and professionalism.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to work in a team-oriented academic environment.
- Commitment to institutional growth and academic excellence.
