Position Overview

We are looking for a strategic and creative Head of Channel – Radio to manage programming, content development, and staff operations for the radio station. The successful candidate will lead the creative direction of the radio channel while ensuring ratings and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the programming department and oversee content scheduling
• Supervise presenters, producers, and technical staff
• Develop new shows and improve existing ones
• Analyze audience feedback and adjust programming accordingly
• Coordinate with marketing to promote radio shows and events
• Ensure compliance with media regulations and company policies

Minimum Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Journalism, Communication, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in radio production or programming
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Creative thinker with a pulse on local and international trends
• Ability to work under pressure and meet programming deadlines
