JOB OPPORTUNITY

Musikili Primary School invites applications from exceptional, values-driven educational leaders to serve as the next Head of School. This is an exciting opportunity to lead one of Southern Africa’s most respected co-educational primary boarding schools.

Founded in 1987, Musikili offers high academic standards, strong pastoral care, Christian-based values, vibrant boarding life, and a rich co-curricular programme. The school serves Year 000–Grade 7 learners, with weekly boarding from Grade 1 and a Satellite School in Lusaka.

We seek a leader who:

• Has proven senior leadership experience in primary education
• Embraces holistic, child-centred, Christian-based schooling
• Demonstrates strong people, operational and financial management skills
• Values tradition, innovation and community
• Has experience in boarding environments (advantageous)
• Prioritises safeguarding and international best practice

Minimum Requirements:

• B.Ed. or equivalent (Master’s preferred)
• 8–10 years’ senior leadership experience; Headship experience ideal
• Valid clearances and eligibility to work in Zambia

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
