JOB DETAILS:
Karan Agro Industries Limited is a member of the Karan Group of Companies. The company processes refined cooking oil at its Refinery located in Chibombo district 1 km after KATUBA TOLL GATE

1. Recruitment/Induction/Exit; Employee Welfare & Engagement; Training & Development; Compensation and Benefits/Payroll; Industrial Relations: Compliance

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
1. Reports to: Refinery Manager/Company Secretary
2. Number and level of immediate Superiors

ESSENTIAL/DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
1. Professional Qualifications: Grade 12 Certificate with five (5) “0” levels Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management
2. 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position preferably from the same industry
3. Excellent Communication skills and Interpersonal

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
