Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Information Communication Technology Technicians located in Lusaka, Zambia. The position involves managing day-to-day technical operations including network administration, computer and printer maintenance, and providing ICT and technical support. The role requires proactive problem-solving and ensuring optimal functioning of ICT equipment and systems to support the organization’s operations.

You should have experience in:

• LAN/WAN network installations
• Software installation & troubleshooting
• CCTV & surveillance systems
• Access control systems
• Short & long range radio installations
• Computer & printer maintenance & repair
• Basic to intermediate solar installations

Requirements:

• Relevant ICT / Electronics / Telecom qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of proven hands-on practical experience
