Background

Great North Road Academy Group Schools is seeking Intern Secondary Teachers for Commercial Subjects. This is an opportunity to gain practical experience in a secondary school setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering secondary school lessons.
• Prepare teaching and learning materials.
• Assist with assessments, marking and learner progress monitoring.
• Support classroom management.
• Participate in school activities and departmental meetings.
• Work under the guidance of experienced teachers and departmental heads.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 Certificate.
• Pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Secondary Education with a specialisation in Commercial subjects.
• Strong subject knowledge.
• Good communication and classroom-management skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
