Job Specification

• Proficient in Microsoft office 2016 or higher, such as Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Strong proficiency in interpersonal and communication skills including verbal and written English.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Description
• Investigate all transactions in order to prevent fraud
• Provide documentation for the purpose of supporting all financial transactions
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation reports regarding all cash deposits to the bank(s)
• Perform the reconciliation and verification of accounts regarding cash at hand and cash at bank
• Reconcile and process transactions that are complex in nature
• Maintain required files, reports, and data
• Reconcile and rectify all ledger accounts belonging to customers
• Reconcile accounts that fall into receivable records with the sales invoices
• Maintain constant contacts with the company’s customers
• Follows up all transactions continuously and provide updates to the management
• Adhere to corporate standards and procedures in all reconciliation activities
• Improve personal skill set regarding software proficiency, financial analysis and data processing
• File all prepared accounts in a well-organized manner
• Track all inventories regularly and report to the management with the inventory records
• Reconcile discrepancies in different accounts
• Answer customers or client’s questions regarding any financial issues
• The above list of job duties is not exclusive or exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope and expectations of the post.
• Perform all other related duties as assigned to meet the needs of the organization and report to your supervisor.
• Collecting and validating the information on the documentations
• Analyzing and processing of KYC documentation
• Maintaining the electronic client records in line with the KYC documentation.
• To take charge of the identification process of the customers onboarding and its continuous maintenance during the customers’ life cycle.
• To analyze the ownership and control structures of the customers.
• To ensure appropriate identification of entities and individuals.
• Execution of day-to-day operation and controls within the given timeframe.
• To support other administrative tasks related to KYC information.

Other specifications
• In charge of obtaining the KYC documents and other KYC related forms of the customers.
• The collection process must be performed as efficient as possible to expedite the clients ‘on-boarding experience.
• To frame clients’ structure and KYC documentations in order to increase operational value.
• Following-up with relevant team on required documentation.
• Ingesting and indexing of documents.
• Performing various administrative tasks within the applications.
• Responding timely and professionally to emails.
• Timely reporting and escalation to the Account Manager.
• Meeting internal and external clients’ deadlines.
• Performing tasks accurately and in time conform policies, procedures and guidelines.
