JOB DETAILS:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Grow the market base by identifying new customers
- Explaining and making sure that clients understand terms and conditions
- Client assessments before loans are disbursed
- Disbursing of funds to qualified clients
- Reminding clients about loans due date
- Making loan follow ups to clients
- Resolving client's issues
- Keep files and loan records properly
- Able to achieve set targets
- Plus, any other role that management may assign you to
ATTRIBUTES
- Good customer care service
- Able to handle difficulty clients
- Someone willing to learn and adapt
- Able to work long hours and work on weekends when need arises.
- Able to work under minimal supervision.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in sales and marketing
- Aged between 18 and 35 years old
- Must be a resident of Nakonde or Isoka
- Experience in handling or managing loan clients will be an added advantage.
