Blueridge Freight Ltd, a dynamic and growing logistics company, is seeking a proactive and organized Logistics Manager to join our team in Lusaka. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and can efficiently manage supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor all supply chain activities to ensure efficiency
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all shipments
- Liaise effectively with transporters, warehouses, and clients to maintain smooth delivery processes
- Prepare, maintain, and manage logistics documentation, reports, and records
- Track inventory and manage stock levels accurately
- Assist in route planning and schedule optimization for cost and time efficiency
- Ensure compliance with Zambian transport and customs regulations
- Address and resolve logistical issues or delays promptly and professionally
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in logistics or supply chain management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently and perform well under pressure
- Familiarity with logistics software is an added advantage

Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: bachelor degree
